Florida Jewels Luxury 5* villa on Emerald Island

I wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had in your home these past 4 nights. We loved the little "homey" touches you have added to the villa and we love the conveniences, like the baby highchair, the child step stool and the extra sheets. My little boys LOVED the game room and they liked their bedroom. My in-laws, who also stayed in the home own their own management company for the very large, expensive homes on Captiva Island and they were also quite impressed by how well maintained the home was.

We hope to stay in your home again and we appreciate your hospitality.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. It was very clean and nice. Me and my 5 sisters enjoyed the special time together. It was close to Disney, Universal and every restaurant you can imagine.
We love the fact that we could cook some meals at the house.
The pool was wonderful - and we enjoyed the game room - and a tv in every room - so no fighting over what to watch.
The gated community added a safety feature that we truly appreciated.
We will book again in 2012 - we are doing our first cruise in 2011. We will consider your home our home when in Florida.
By the way - the price was incredibly fair.

Your home was imaculate and very accomodating. My family used the pool almost daily during the late afternoon hours - early evening. The layout of the home was great and we were mostly in the rear portion of the home. The beds were comfortable and clean.

We felt safe being in a gated, secured facility.

We found that staying at Emeral Isle was in great proximity to Universal and DisneyWorld and the restaurants and shopping facilities were not only close but in abundance.

We particulary liked dining at the Black Angus Steakhouse as the food was resonably priced and quite good. Everyone should try breakfast at Bob Evans (truly wished they had this restaurant at home) as their food is fresh and very well prepared.

There was only one drawback to our vacation - that being - we could not pull the children out of school for a longer period of time so that we could of spent 2 weeks in Florida.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to inform you that we really enjoyed your home. It was very refreshing and made us feel as if we were in our own homes. (In fact, I am so particular about sanitation, that I always bring my own sheets, towels, pillows, washcloth, lysol, soap, eating utensils, etc.; however, in your home - everything appeared to be clean and well kept. We experienced a couple problems --- but they were very, very minor. The internet pictures did not do justice for the home. Since we will be attending the same event on an annual basis, I am sure will be contacting you in the future

We had stayed in Emerald Island in the past, and love the location, however, that home was sold. When we stayed at your home, we were very grateful and pleased to find a home even more comfortable and lovely then the one we stayed at previously.

The Owners and Management Company can not do enough to ensure that everyone’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The home was absolutely beautiful, and very spacious, with every amenity possible.
Anyone would love the Emerald Island clubhouse facilities as well.

We have stayed at other homes in this resort-
however this house far exceded our exspectations.
The owner and management go out of thier way to
make you feel at home and to make sure that ALL
your needs are met! Also. The location is perfect and
close to EVERYTHING.

Your villa was absolutley beautiful. Our family loved our stay at Emerald Island. We will be sure to book with you in the near future for our next Florida stay. Our children enjoyed their rooms and the special toys in the closet. We found everything that we needed. Location was excellent close to everthing. We stayed in your lovely villa over the Xmas Holiday, 2006. This was our first time in a vacation home, but it won't be the last!! The place was FANTASTIC!!! It was spacious, homey, super clean and convenient to Disney and the management staff was extremely professional and accomodating. We also enjoyed the Emerald Island clubhouse facilities (wireless internet, gameroom, exercise room, etc.) The kids loved the private pool. All in all, a marvelous stay--we will be back.

We want to thank you so much for the use of your awesome vacation rental. It was more beautiful and inviting then we could ever imagine just renting from photos.

None of us wanted to leave (especially the adults). The house is so greatly decorated, the pool and jacuzzi, the rec room, everything was beautifully maintained and made our family vacation that much more relaxing and memorable.
We have told all of our friends about your house. We even had friends come and visit us that loved your home.

WONDERFUL! Great house. Everything was handled professionally, from the leasing company, contact with the owners and the Property Management on-site. Planned a last minute trip (two days away) and was amazed at how easy it was. The house was beautiful, very clean. Our kids (11, 9 & 3) loved the pool and game room. Can't get any closer to Disney without staying at the resort and we didn't want to eat three meals out for our whole vacation. Why stay in a hotel when you can have your own house!
