Security Deposit :
Due to the quality of furnishings in our home, upon check-in, guests
must provide a $250.00/£175.00 credit card guarantee. *NO
CHARGES WILL BE MADE TO CREDIT CARD UNLESS DAMAGES ARE INCURRED
TO PROPERTY.
Confirming Reservation :
A non refundable deposit of $150/£100 per week
will be required to confirm the reservation.
