Just returned home from my 4th stay at this fantastic villa. Since my last visit in 2019 Michelle has upgraded the place which was clear to see, the kitchen, and new large fridge is looking great, the pool area has been updated and the new WiFi was extremely fast for the kids electronics.

It is such a great base for staying in Orlando a good distance to all the major attractions however it’s setting in the Stunning Emerald Island Resort is also fantastic for downtime when required.

Michelle is amazing to deal with quick to reply and always so helpfully when needed.

Looking forward to our next family holiday back in the Florida Jewels.

This was our 2nd stay in this villa and it’s even better if that’s possible. The villa was spotless when we arrived. There is a new kitchen with a fab refrigerator. There are lots of plates, cups, etc and a proper kettle 😀. Everything is amazing about this villa and Michelle is wonderful to deal with. I really hope we can visit again.

Unfortunately due to the current restrictions regarding COVID 19 and current closed borders we were unable to fulfill our 2021 Florida holiday and stay at Florida Jewels Villa but I would like to thank Michelle for the great communication and handling of our cancelled booking and look forward to re booking a stay in Florida Jewels villa again soon .

This villa is all anyone could wish for or need. It is very clean and comfortable and equipped with plenty of everything. It is one of the few villas we have stayed in that actually has more than sufficient items for the maximum guests it can hold. Pool furniture especially.There are a lot of small touches that go far above what is expected in a rental villa it is a home from home. Michelle is a very attentive owner who is helpful and makes booking a very easy process. This is our 3 visit to this villa and look forward to many more happy 'stays'

We stayed at this beautiful villa over Xmas, 4 adults and 2 children. The villa is beautiful and immaculate. Great cozy family home feel to it.
Great location and feel safe on the secured estate, will certainly look to book here again.

Brilliant, What a villa. Every room was spotless. It?s kitted out with every thing you need and very spacious. Would gladly book and stay there again.

I recently booked 6 nights at the villa Florida Jewels at Emerald Island Resort. The villa was in excellent condition & was as the photos were an accurate depiction. My family was very comfortable there. We highly recommend this villa. If & when we return, I would definitely stay there again. Emerald Island was safe & the property well kept.

This was our second stay at the Florida Jewels. It is a great villa in a the amazing Emerald Island resort. It has everything you need for your holiday and lots of shops and restaurants close by. All the major attractions are a short distance away also. The owner Michelle is great to deal with and also very prompt at replying to any questions.

We stayed in Florida Jewels in June/July 2017. It was wonderful dealing with Michelle and the management company when we there. The house is in a great location and Emerald Island is a lovely resort.
The villa itself was spotless. There was so much room for everyone to chill out. It’s ideal having two living areas. The bedrooms were lovely too and good space .
It’s wonderful having a spa beside the pool. Nothing nicer than chilling and relaxing in it while the kids play.
Hopefully we will be back

Everything went smoothly from checking in, getting into the home, the home/pool/BBQ.....The home is very nice and well equipped with everything that we needed! The location of Emerald Island to everything is perfect!
Now back to reality --- and 24.5 inches of snow!

A fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Emerald Isle is a beautiful resort close to everything you might want to visit. The villa itself is gorgeous with a lovely pool and plenty of space to get lost in. A huge thank you to Michelle for first of all letting us stay in her beautiful home and for all of her help during the booking process. We will definitely be back.

We spent three weeks in this wonderful house. There was plenty of space for 7 of us. I loved having two seating areas and two living areas . We all loved the games room too. The beds were comfy , plenty of sheets and plenty of towels including beach towels. There were dvds, books, ps2 and of course wifi. The pool was fab and so was the spa. Plenty of beds, chairs around the pool and also pool toys supplied. It was great to have a safe too. It was a pleasure dealing with Michelle , the owner and answered the many questions I had. We had a slight issue with the air cond but Paul from the management company had someone call late on a sat night to fix it.
Hopefully we will return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

Once again had a fabulous holiday. We have now stayed 3 times & have never been disappointed. The villa is furnished and maintained to a very high standard. It is so close to Disney and the 192 . Everything is just on the doorstep. Will definitely be returning soon.

Just finishing my family holiday in Orlando Stayed a week in a Disney hotel and a week here. I couldn't write a review for everywhere I have visited during my holiday as it would be a full time job, that said I felt I had to review this villa as it is simply amazing!!! The location for all theme parks is excellent 30 mins to Orlando international airport as well. Close to malls and outlets, restaurants and shops only 5 mins away by car.

The emerarld island resort where the villa is set is stunning great grounds, nature trails and a clubhouse with pool and bar with gym and arcades. Security at the controlled enterance also.

The villa itself is amazing with 4 bedrooms including 2 with ensuites. A seperate bathroom is located between the other bedrooms. The place is very well presented with tv's located in the rooms and one in each living area. A pool table and arcade with 80's games ( which I loved) is located in the double garage. The swimming pool ( which we got heated) and jacuzzi are a great addition to the property and you get the sun right up to last thing at night.

The owner Michelle is fantastic so quick to reply to any questions and even phoned us up at the villa in response to one question, excellent customer service. I have rated this review 5star and if I could give it more I would. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.

Our stay was fantastic. The home had tons of space and was very comfortable. I enjoyed getting to relax in the hot tub. The resort is beautiful and had tons of amenities. The owner was great to work with. We can not wait to stay again.

Desde que llegamos al lugar quedamos encantados con la belleza de los alrededores, la tranquilidad del vecindario y lo bien equipada que estaba la casa. Las camas muy cómodas, los baños limpios, las áreas espaciosas y todo lo que uno podría desear de un lugar para descansar tras pasar largas horas en los parques de diversiones o tras un día haciendo compras. No utilizamos la piscina por el clima frio que hubo durante nuestros días en Orlando, pero estaba limpia y amoblada. Asimismo, la casa contaba con juegos de video y otros medios de entretenimiento para los niños.

The home is situated in a beautiful gated community , very quiet and peaceful. Nice pool and hot tub- well worth having it heated - hot tub was great!! Very clean home!!! and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for 2 families, (4 adults/4 children). Very convenient if you plan on going to the parks!!! 5 minutes from Disney, 15-20 to Seaworld or Universal. I loved the 2 separate sitting areas (kids could be watching TV while us adults could sit and talk/watch TV in a nice quiet area). We had a great time....THANK YOU!

We had stayed in Emerald Island in the past, and love the location, however, that home was sold. When we stayed at your home, we were very grateful and pleased to find a home even more comfortable and lovely then the one we stayed at previously.

The Owners and Management Company can not do enough to ensure that everyone’s stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The home was absolutely beautiful, and very spacious, with every amenity possible.

Anyone would love the Emerald Island clubhouse facilities as well.

Superb location and absolutely fantastic accommodation thank you very much. We all had a wonderful time - the games room was excellent for the kids and they loved the pool. The villa is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. We all have the holiday of a life time.

Your villa was absolutley beautiful. Our family loved our stay at Emerald Island. We will be sure to book with you in the near future for our next Florida stay. Our children enjoyed their rooms and the special toys in the closet. We found everything that we needed. Location was excellent close to everthing. Using Sherbeth to Disney is a great short cut, especially to Animal Kingdom. Thank you so much for sharing your home in Florida with us, it truly was like being at home, even better!!

Just wanted to take the opportunity to inform you that we really enjoyed your home. It was very refreshing and made us feel as if we were in our own homes. (In fact, I am so particular about sanitation, that I always bring my own sheets, towels, pillows, washcloth, lysol, soap, eating utensils, etc.; however, in your home - everything appeared to be clean and well kept. We experienced a couple problems --- but they were very, very minor. The internet pictures did not do justice for the home. Since we will be attending the same event on an annual basis, I am sure will be contacting you in the future.
